Placement of an eCommerce order indicates your acceptance of the following terms and conditions, please read carefully to ensure you’re happy to proceed. We may, from time to time make changes to this site and these terms and conditions so please review this page before making any purchase. Costume Land is an Australian company serving the needs of the Australian market, we do not sell to overseas markets.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase, Costume Land will provide a refund/exchange on products where required by state and/or federal law. During the COVID-19 pandemic and until further notice “Change of mind” returns are not available. This includes returns of items where you have chosen the wrong size, wrong colour or is no longer required. This applies to all products and has been implemented in an effort to control the spread of the Coronavirus.
If you are seeking to return an item outside of the above “change of mind” return please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of purchase and let us know the following;
• Your full name
• Contact telephone number
• Your invoice or docket number
• The product you wish to return and your reason for the return.
Once approved for return you will be issued with an RMA number (Return Authorisation Number) along with instructions on how and where you are to return the item. All items retuned on an RMA will be assessed before a refund or exchange is approved. Please follow the above instructions carefully, any items returned without an RMA number can not be accepted. Costume Land is not responsible for the tracking of, or the secure delivery of the returning item/s.
Where a discount has been offered, discount codes are limited to one per transaction.
If notified before goods have been dispatched, Costume Land can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Costume Land reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our third party delivery service provider.
Costume Land and its employees are not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or websites linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details you have provided. All received monies will be refunded using the original method.
DELIVERIES & THIRD PARTY SERVICES:
Delivery services are provided by third party service providers, Costume Land cannot be held responsible for security of items or delivery times. The delivery times provided by Costume Land are estimates only. Costume Land will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided with your order. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address in your order, Costume Land cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. This includes change of address, if you require the delivery address to be changed please contact our Customer Service Team prior to the order being shipped. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GOODS, please ensure you are available to receive your delivery. Costume Land will not be held accountable for lost or stolen deliveries where the buyer has not been available to accept the item/s.
